• In which colors are the KeepHot boxes available?

  The KeepHot boxes come in red, blue, green, black, grey, yellow and white.

• Can KeepHot Boxes be personalised?

  KeepHot Transport Boxes have a super smooth surface which can easily be personalised. Advertise yourself on the move! We can deliver your personalised box to meet your design upon request.

• Delivery Time?

  Due to limited warehouse capacity, delivery time can take up to four weeks. Please ask for availability information upon ordering your KeepHot Box.

• Where can I take a look at the KeepHot Transport Box?

  KeepHot is an internet and mail order company we have no showroom for our products. Let us know where you are and we can try to accommodate your enquiries and keep your eyes peeled for KeepHot Transport Boxes on the move in your area.

• How can I place an order?

• What is cushioned insulation?

  All Scooters and transport vehicles cause vibrations. With this in mind we have chosen an insulation unit which cushions vibration without compromising insulation.

• How long does the KeepHot Box actually Keep Hot?

  Our Test results show that a Pizza can be kept at perfect serving temperature (70 degrees) for at least 30 minutes. More than enough time for you to reach most customers without compromising product quality.

• Can I deliver hot and cold products together?

  We recommend the use of KeepHot Pizza Bags and Transport Boxes to separate hot and cold products. Up to 4 large Pizzas can be transported in the KeepHot Pizza Bag and Transport Boxes keep salads and drinks cold while together in the insulation unit. Don’t forget to order your extras when you place an order!

  

• Can I fit the KeepHot Transport Box on all Scooters?

  The KeepHot Box can be fitted on most Scooters which have a transport rack with a minimum weight restriction of at least 10kg. Extra Heavy-duty transport racks can often be ordered through your local workshop.

• How is the stability of the Box guaranteed?

  Aluminium profiles are fitted within the inside of the KeepHot Box to allow a simple an secure fitting on a scooters transport rack. These 2 aluminium profiles also provide the box with extra stability. By telling us which model of scooter you would like to fit and we can adjust the profiles to fit according to model type and measurement. The KeepHot box comes with 2 profiles as standard which fit most scooter types. Please remember to inform us of your Scooter type upon ordering.

• How can I fit the KeepHot Box onto my delivery scooter?

  The box can easily be fitted onto the transport rack of most Scooter types. The transport rack must be able to carry at least 10kg transport weight and the box should not obstruct the tank opening. Special fittings/racks are available for various scooter models upon request.

  To fit the KeepHot box successfully you will need following items:

  -          8mm metal drillbit

  -          190mm safety bolts

  -          Cardboard or plastic to make a template

  A detailed instruction sheet is supplied with your KeepHot Box upon delivery.

• Where can I buy a complete Scooter with KeepHot Box?

  In Germany we have built up an extensive dealer network through which we are able to offer scooters fitted with our KeepHot Box. We are new to the UK and US markets and are in the process of setting up a dealership network to provide sales and workshop services in many areas. We would be happy to assist with any enquiries from dealers and workshops who wish to become a part of our dealer network.

• Is the KeepHot Box foodsafe?

  The KeepHot Box is made from Polyethylen and is manufactured in Germany to the highest of standards. By using carefully chosen materials and a modern production site we guarantee a product which is perfect for transporting food and drink products.

• What is the insulation unit made of?

  The KeepHot insulation unit is made from closed cell Polyethylen-foam material. This material possesses the highest in insulation qualities and is commonly used in areas of the health sector and gastronomy.

• How can I clean my KeepHot Box?

  We recommend using solvent free detergents. If you are unsure about your cleaning products then test a small area on the inside of the box underneath the insulation unit to ensure compatability. The KeepHot box can also be cleaned a with high pressure hose if needed.

  Please note that in order to personalise your KeepHot Box the surface area must be free of any oily or fatty areas which are often left by many detergents.
